Our experience with Spartan Inspection group was amazing! The inspector, Duncan was knowledgeable, professional and thorough, while inspecting our new home. He spent ample time inspecting all areas of the house, including the roof and attic. We asked what seemed like thousands of questions and Duncan patiently answered each and every one of them while also explaining the findings clearly. We appreciated the detailed report, which included photos and clear descriptions of each issue, and the prompt delivery of the report. Duncan really went far and beyond to ensure that we were confident in the quality and safety of our purchase while also saving us from potential issues down the road that could have costed thousands of dollars. We would definitely use Spartan Inspection Group again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality inspection company!

Highly recommend, Spartan Inspection did awesome job and helped to identify hidden issues in details those were not present in the seller disclosure. Also they recommend expertise to fix any issues found during the home inspection. Really happy for the service they provided. The report was very details and online part has videos as well. So, glad I have chosen Spartan for home inspection.
